## Digital Logbook Audit Instructions

# **Thank you for purchasing our Digital Logbook Services!**

**Please click the link below to visit AcuLog's online Client Portal app to easily upload your digital files to our team.** For our digital logbook audit services, **Excel/.csv files are not accepted**. Our team wants to see the final reports you intend to run/print/present at a potential interview.

1. Click **Upload Your Audit Documents**
2. Enter your **Name & Email Address**
3. Click **Start Uploading**
4. Click **Choose Files**. Follow all prompts to select/upload applicable files to our team.

**Please upload the following two files in PDF:**

1. **Logbook Report**In LogTen - generate USA "Jeppesen Pro 27" (in decimal format)In ForeFlight - generate the "Complete Logbook Report (2-Page)"All other e-logbooks - ideally a two-page Jeppesen style report with page totals/running totals
2. **Time in Type Report**In LogTen - generate the "Time by Type (Detailed)" report (not summary or airline apps)In ForeFlight - generate the "Experience Report"All other e-logbooks - just a standard time by type summary report if applicable

If you're using MyFlightbook:

- Under Layout, generate the two-page “USA (Facing Pages)”
- Group subtotals by: NONE
- Make/Model format: ICAO
- Category/Class: Display all applicable Cat/Class columns (ASEL & AMEL will naturally be included, so only add additional categories/classes if you have actually flown them -- e.g., ASES, AMES, RH, etc.)
- Additional Column – add Turbine PIC, if applicable

You’ll receive an automated “Welcome to AcuLog” email with an *Access My Account* link, allowing you to view your uploaded project files at any time (more features coming). You may also choose to create a password for easier access in the future.

Once we receive your uploads and payment, your quoted timeline starts for your project.
