Logbook Autopilot™

Logbook Autopilot Overview

Getting your logbook digitized is the hard part. Keeping it current is what can quietly slip through the cracks. A month of company records goes unimported, or another few pages of paper logbook entries pile up. That month becomes a quarter, and before you know it, you're facing the same backlog you paid to eliminate.

Logbook Autopilot™ is an ongoing service for pilots who would rather not do it themselves. Engage our team once, and your digital logbook stays current: on the schedule you choose, you send us your flight records and we handle data processing and get everything imported for you.

You keep flying, and your logbook keeps up!

How Logbook Autopilot™ Works

Most customers send us company-generated flight records—schedule exports, trip sheets, or crew reports—which our team converts, formats, and imports directly into the digital logbook platform you already use. If you're keeping records by hand, we can transcribe those and roll them into the same update, so your digital logbook stays complete no matter where the data originated.

You set the cadence:

  • Monthly
  • Quarterly (3 months)
  • Semi-Annually (6 months)
When your scheduled date approaches, we'll reach out to collect your records. You upload them, we handle the rest, and you receive confirmation once your digital  logbook has been updated.

Logbook Autopilot is available to any pilot with an established digital logbook supported by AcuLog (LogTen, ForeFlight, MyFlightbook, Safelog, ZuluLog, or any other programs our team can access remotely), whether or not AcuLog performed the original conversion. If you're not yet digital, our Transcription Services will get your history in place first.

Scheduling and Commitment

Logbook Autopilot is billed on a recurring basis tied to your chosen cadence. You may change your schedule, pause, or cancel at any time with notice before your next scheduled update.

⚠️ NOTE: Logbook Autopilot is a service performed by AcuLog's team—not an automated or software-driven import. It does not include auditing. Entries are imported as provided in your records; we do not verify totals, recalculate columns, or flag regulatory discrepancies as part of a standard update. If you'd like your existing records reviewed for accuracy, see our Logbook Audit services.
